LIFFEY VALLEY SHOPPING CENTRE’S 10th BIRTHDAY
To celebrate Liffey Valley’s decade of success, Ireland’s top shopping destination gave away a massive €10,000 to its lucky customers over the birthday weekend: 11th – 12th October.
Liffey Valley Shopping Centre made 10 shopaholics dreams come true this weekend as each winner received €1,000 to spend in a fast shopping spree in the Centre.
An additional bonus €1,000 was also up for grabs for the fastest shopper! 2fm’s Damien Farrelly was on hand to set the contestants off on their shopping spree.
The fastest shopper on Saturday was Deirdre Foxe from Athlone who finished in 7 minutes 17 seconds but the overall winner of the additional 1K bonus was Breege Monaghan from Co. Donegal who finished in just 4 minutes and 50 seconds and spent exactly €1000!
Denis O’Connell, who is also celebrating his 10th anniversary as Centre Manager of Liffey Valley said, “To be celebrating 10 years in business is a significant achievement and milestone for the complex. Naturally, we want to share our celebrations with our customers who have been instrumental to the centre’s success and continued strength in the Irish retail market.”
The winners got to pick out, and most importantly, to keep what they wanted from a selection of top retailers, including: Coast; La Senza; Monsoon; New Look; Oasis; Topshop; Warehouse; Marks & Spencer; Zavvi; Sony Centre; Carphone Warehouse and many, many more.
Fossett’s Circus and MaSamba provided fantastic entertainment throughout the weekend and 2FM were onsite with the Roadcaster broadcasting live from Liffey Valley.
