Information and Assistance

Our customer service centre is conveniently located near the Green Car Park entrance, opposite Boots. Our customer service staff are happy to assist you with locating stores, posting, faxing, photocopying, laminating, ‘lost and found’ items, bus timetables and transport information and any other queries or comments you may have.

Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Centre. Cash and cheques are accepted. They can also be purchased online at www.liffeyvalley.ie Customer Service Centre (01) 616 0212.

A copy of our Mall Guide can be downloaded in PDF format.  This is kept as accurate as possible, but as a print document, may date quicker than our store directory. This version is correct as of November 2011.

Family Facilities

The centre has five dedicated baby changing rooms. There is also a parent and baby room on the ground floor near Dunnes Stores where you can relax in privacy while feeding your child. Keys for the above facilities need to be requested from the Customer Service Centre.

Service Centre

For your convenience, Kiddez Kabs can be hired for a small fee… a great way for your ‘little treasure’ to enjoy the visit too! Kiddez Kabs are located in Centre Mall.

The Liffey Valley Crèche is located between Dunnes Stores and Costa Coffee. Simply call in or phone 01 616 0200 for further information.

Toilets / Disabled toilets are located opposite Dunnes Stores, opposite Marks and Spencer, and in the Food Court. Keys for the disabled facilities need to be
requested from the Customer Service Centre.

Disabled Facilities

Liffey Valley provides a wide range of services for disabled visitors. Shopmobility, located outside the ‘green entrance’ beside Spur Steakhouse, offers a scheme where customers can make use of a powered wheelchair. The service is free of charge and users do not have to be registered as disabled to use it.

The normal loan period is for a maximum of four hours and a member of staff provides training before people use the service. Call Shopmobility at Liffey Valley on (01) 6208731 for further information.

Cash Dispensers (ATM)

Cash dispensers can be found at the two financial institutions in Liffey Valley – Permanent TSB and Ulster Bank. Dispensers can also be found outside the
centre near the Vue Cinema entrance and beside the Carphone Warehouse in the Centre Mall (AIB).

Public Phones / Cyberpoint

There are several public phones at the centre, conveniently located opposite Dunnes Stores and in the Food Court area. These can take credit cards or cash as required. An international call / internet access station is available upstairs in the Food Court.

First Aid

If you ever require First Aid at Liffey Valley, rest assured that we have fully qualified public safety officers on duty at all times with a First Aid Room available if necessary.
