Key responsibilities of this role are:

Supervise the smooth and efficient service and production of food from the kitchen by working and liaising with restaurant staff.

Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet production schedules and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Fully aware of responsibilities and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Ensure proper rotation of stock

Monitoring portion and waste control
