GBK FOH Team Member

This is a Full-time position and you must be able to work weekdays and evenings.

  • Hourly Rate will reflect experience to date

Being a GBK FOH Team Member means you'll be the person giving every single customer and GBK fan an extra ordinary experience, every day. You'll always be on the move in a busy environment, combining your energy, passion and drive to bring your restaurant to life.

As a FOH Team Member, you'll report into your Restaurant Manager. Your working hours will be dependent on the needs of the business - flexibility is essential, as you'll be required to work daytimes, evenings and weekends. Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow GBK service standards.
  • Communicate with the kitchen & bar team to ensure the right orders go to the right customers.
  • Offer recommendations and suggestions to customers.
  • Prepare and dispense drinks as per our training cards.
  • Process eat in, takeaway and online orders correctly, taking the correct payment when required.
  • Follow opening and closedown checklists to ensure your restaurant is set for success.
  • Clean as you go throughout your shift.
  • Have good personal hygiene standards and always wear a clean uniform.
  • Follow all Health & safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.

We will provide all the training you'll need to be successful in your role. However, previous experience working in a customer-centric environment would be beneficial. You'll also need to demonstrate:

  • fantastic communication skills.
  • have high standards of personal hygiene.
  • naturally fit into our unique culture.
