To all our customers,
Following the Government’s announcement on 30th December, Level 5 restrictions are now in place across Ireland. Liffey Valley Shopping Centre will remain open for essential goods and services alongside restaurants and cafes that are offering takeaway services.
As always, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and we continue to implement the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the centre.
We thank our retail partners, their staff and our community for their continued understanding.
We will update our website and social media platforms regularly and continue to share updates with our staff and customers during this time.

Some important information:
In line with government guidelines, we are encouraging visitors to wear face coverings when visiting our shopping centre. In an effort to further encourage this practice, we have provided mask vending units at the green and yellow entrances to the shopping centre and have also updated our signage throughout the centre.
We ask our customers to please ‘Keep their distance’ while in our centre. The recommended distance from another person is 2 metres as marked out by our floor stickers throughout the centre. Queue floor stickers have been placed outside each retailer to assist with physical distancing and queue management. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation at this time.
We perform a deep clean and disinfectant routine of our Centre every morning before the doors open to ensure the highest level of cleanliness in line with government guidance before we open to the public. The highest level of cleaning standards is performed throughout the day by our committed staff to ensure that we are compliant with the government guidelines. Hand sanitizing stations have been strategically placed at each entrance to the centre, in the food court, at the lifts and in the toilets for public use during their visit to Liffey Valley along with signage throughout the centre reminding us to keep our distance and remain safe.
Public toilets will be open as normal throughout the centre with social distancing measures in place to include number of people accessing them at any one time being limited with a queue system to encourage social distancing
Due to government guidelines on numbers, there will be a limited number of people allowed in the centre at one time to ensure the health and safety of our customers. We have installed a queuing system that is in place at each entrance to the centre. This system will operate on a ‘one in one out’ system with a digital footfall counter ensuring that we are at all times in line with government guidance around footfall numbers. We look forward to welcoming you back to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Our customer service desk is open to serve the public, social distancing measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers
We encourage cashless payments at this time as some stores may not be accepting cash payments at present.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
