Liffey Valley Gift Card update

As a result of the government guidelines regarding the closure of non-essential retail, we are aware that our Liffey Valley Gift card provider has deducted administration fee’s during periods where the centre was not fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused our customers and the Liffey Valley team are here to help.

 

Refunds applicable

The €3.00 administration monthly fee which commences after 13 months from the original date of purchase is in line with the regulations laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority who monitor and regulate any business who operate preloaded gift card schemes such as the one at Liffey Valley.

We are conscious of the fact that the centre was not fully available to our customers during lockdown and unfortunately unable to stop the fee deduction during these dates as this function is performed directly by MasterCard the card issuer, however we will be reimbursing any monthly fees taken during the dates mentioned below.

13th March - 15th June 2020

24th October - 2nd December 2020

1st January – 17th May 2021

All fees taken outside the dates above are non-refundable.

 

Refund’s process

If you are eligible for a refund for fee’s taken during the confirmed periods, please bring your gift card to the Liffey Valley customer service desk and our team will be happy to refund you.
