Spring has (finally!) sprung, and as the days start to become longer, warmer and brighter, Nando’s is bringing fans some fresh new flavours in a new menu shake-up, introducing its new Quinoa & PERi-Tomato salad and Smoky Churrasco baste.

With summer in sight, Nando’s is adding a fresher, lighter new taste to its menu, with the launch of its new Quinoa & PERi-Tomato salad – the perfect warm-weather meal, to enjoy in the sun.

Crunchy, zingy and customisable, the Quinoa & PERi-Tomato salad features a refreshing combination of lettuce and semi-dried PERi-tomatoes, with a generous helping of quinoa, lightly salted pitta croutons and crumbly feta in a lemon & wild garlic dressing (yummy!).

But what would the summer months be without those all-important BBQ flavours? Nando’s is also introducing its brand new, Smoky Churrasco seasonal baste, which will sit alongside Hot on the PERi-ometer allowing PERi-PERi fans to add a rich, smoky kick to their mains.

Replacing Mango and Lime on the PERiometer is no mean feat but Smoky Churrasco baste is set to be as popular with PERi-PERi fans, combining the punchy flavours of its famous African Bird’s Eye Chilli, with notes of grilled tomato and smoky paprika, and a hint of lemon & garlic for the ultimate, summer taste, you certainly don’t want to miss out on.

PERi-PERi-lovers with a keen eye may also spot another change to the menu, with the introduction of calorie information for the first time. Whether it’s a treat meal or you’re wanting to choose a lighter option, the new calorie information will help fans to stay in control of their intake.
